Brilliant ruby red in colour, this Nebbiolo presents a decidedly floral and broad bouquet. Hints of cherry and plum return, combined with liquorice and a hint of spice. In the mouth, it is warm, savoury and velvety, thanks to a moderate tannic charge. To do it justice on the table, it needs to be paired just right. Excellent with first courses with meat sauces, such as classic agnolotti al brasato.
