This unfiltered London Dry style gin is handcrafted using 100% Western Canadian wheat and more than ten times the typical amount of botanicals. The botanical blend includes juniper, coriander, angelica, red rose petals, grapefruit peel, lime peel, orris root, Tellicherry black pepper, cardamom, Vietnamese cassia, and bay leaf. It presents a clear appearance that becomes alluringly translucent when chilled or mixed due to the high concentration of aromatic oils. The nose is characterized by resinous juniper, bright citrus, and an intoxicating blend of spices. On the palate, it is sweet and floral with notes of stone fruit and a refreshing botanical freshness, leading to a spicy finish with sustained length.
