This 100% Sangiovese pours a transparent medium ruby colour with a slight garnet rim. The aromatic profile is highly floral, featuring focused notes of candied roses, violets, and sweet herbs alongside ripe raspberries, blood oranges, and strawberry preserves. On the palate, the wine is mid-weight and balanced, offering a supple fruit core supported by ultra-fine, firm tannins and a crisp acidity. The finish is clean and persistent, revealing hints of ripe orange, aromatic herbs, and a touch of saline.

Food Pairing
The wine’s robust structure and vibrant acidity make it an ideal partner for rich meat dishes such as roast lamb, chianina rib steak, or wild boar ragout. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses like Pecorino or mature Parmigiano Reggiano.
